MedicalDirector Password Portal

The password self-service portal allows MedicalDirector staff to unlock accounts and reset or update their corporate passwords online without having to be connected to the corporate network. 

There is an initial setup that is required by all users prior to being able to use the self-service portals. The setup involves providing contact information for identity validation which will be later used in the password reset/recovery process.


You will be required to provide the following contact options:

  • Personal Email Address (not your work email)
  • Mobile Phone

Reset password when it has expired, unlock your account or reset a forgotten password
